1. About MALHAGI
MALHAGI is a Korean-language learning service that provides speaking scenarios, vocabulary, grammar, Hangul practice, pronunciation support, typing exercises, and related educational material.
By using MALHAGI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Guest use and accounts
You may use the public portions of MALHAGI without an account. Some content and synchronization features require sign-in through a supported identity provider such as Google or Kakao.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the third-party account you use to sign in and for activity performed through your MALHAGI session.
3. Educational purpose
MALHAGI content is provided for language-learning and general educational purposes. Examples involving immigration, visas, law, health care, finance, public services, emergencies, or other real-world procedures are practice material and may become outdated.
Do not rely on MALHAGI as legal, medical, immigration, financial, or other professional advice. For important decisions, verify current information with the relevant official authority or qualified professional.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MALHAGI. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or administrative functions; interfere with the operation or security of the service; use automated traffic in a way that materially burdens or disrupts the service; use MALHAGI to violate applicable law or the rights of others; or circumvent access controls or intentionally exploit security vulnerabilities.
5. MALHAGI content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, MALHAGI's site design, software, original learning materials, branding, and other service content are owned by MALHAGI or used with permission. You may use the service and its learning content for personal educational use.
You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of MALHAGI content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, technical changes, or development of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Third-party services
MALHAGI relies on third-party services such as Cloudflare and supported identity providers. Your use of Google, Kakao, or another external service is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies. MALHAGI is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MALHAGI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that every translation, pronunciation aid, example, factual statement, or service feature will always be complete, current, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MALHAGI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect MALHAGI, other users, third-party services, or legal rights, including in cases of abuse, security threats, or serious violations of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as MALHAGI changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer or privacy law are not waived by these Terms.
